When you use the contact or RFP forms, X-TechOps collects the professional contact details, organization information, project context, messages, consent records, and documents that you choose to submit. Administration authentication is handled through the platform’s secure account service.
Submitted information is used to review inquiries, evaluate potential programmes, communicate with the submitting organization, protect the service, and maintain an accountable record of business interactions. It is not used to create public profiles or sold as a data product.
Submission records are stored in the application database. Uploaded RFP documents are stored separately in protected object storage, with file metadata retained in the database. Access to submissions and documents is restricted to the authenticated site owner.
You may choose not to submit a form. Where consent is required, the form cannot be sent without it. Requests concerning submitted information can be raised through the contact page and will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements and the organization’s verified identity.
